Electrical Assembler – CNC Machine Tools


    Individual Responsibilities:

  • Ability to bring A CNC machine tools electrical system on line ( phasing of motors, tuning of variable frequency drives, troubleshooting electrical circuits, stc. ).
  • Assemble control panels, operator panels, printed circuit boards and various other electrical sub-assemblies.
  • Install, connect and solder a wide variety of wiring, conduit, and fittings on standard electrical products.
  • Operate and use various measuring devices used to ensure compliance including voltmeters, cable testers, oscilloscope, hi-pot tester, etc.
  • Electrical assembly using electrical schematics, ladder diagrams and various layout drawings.

    Qualification Requirements:

  • High School or trade school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Two year technical degree in electronics or equivalent military experience preferred.
  • Minimum of five  (5) years of experience with electrical assembly.
  • Ability to read and assemble from electrical schematics, ladder diagrams and layout drawings.
  • Ability to bring an assembled electrical assembly on-line (phasing of motors, troubleshooting estops, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in a ISO9001 and/or AS9100C environment.
  • Use of PC including basic understanding of Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly motivated individual who promotes teamwork with subordinates and peers.
  • Must be a US citizen.

Painter – CNC MachineTools


    Individual Responsibilities:

  • Clean, sand, bondo and prepare machine fabricated parts for prime and finish painting.
  • Perform prime and finish application using automotive materials.
  • Move and handle material from the paint shop to the main assembly floor.
  • Clean and maintain the paint shop and associated tools.

    Qualification Requirements:

  • High High school graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years work experience in a paint shop.
  • Basic understanding of powered hand tools ( i.e. disk sanders, paint guns, etc.).
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly motivated individual who promotes teamwork with subordinates and peers.
  • Must be a US citizen.

Senior Quality Technician


    Individual Responsibilities:

  • Manage the completion of required FAI, PPQ and other related customer quality reports.
  • Oversee the quality plan requirements with respect to development work being converted to production.
  • Validate quality processes by checking product specifications and quality attributes against customer requirements; documenting evidence; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Effectively interact with Production and Engineering to maintain product integrity for both production and development parts.
  • Work directly with suppliers, customers and purchasing staff to establish and support quality requirements.
  • Strong contributor to the Company’s ISO9001 and AS9100 certified quality systems as well as membership on the internal audit team.
  • Utilize quality reporting software to ensure proper root-cause analysis and corrective/ preventive actions are implemented to address non-conformances.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.

    Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a hands-on Quality role in a manufacturing parts production environment.
  • Exposure and experience in all aspects of quality customer part approval processes (FAI, FPQ, PPQ, manufacturing plans, etc.).
  • Strong geometric dimensioning, tolerancing and blue print interpretation required.
  • CMM programming experience a strong plus.
  • Experience with ISO9001 required and AS9100C strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
  • Highly motivated individual who promotes teamwork with subordinates and peers.
  • Must be a US citizen.
